Background:

ALEXA FLUOR 546 is an affinity-purified goat anti¬rabbit IgG labeled with an orange-red fluorescent dye ALEXA FLUOR 546, one of an outstanding series of Alexa dyes developed by Immunological Sciences. ALEXA FLUOR dyes are superior to Cydyes for antibody labeling by having combined advantages in brightness, photostability, specificity and novel features ideal for in vivo imaging.

Buffer: pH~7.4 PBS containing 50% glycerol, 2 mg/ml bovine serum albumin (IgG-free and protease-free) and 0.05% sodium azide.
Storage: Store at 4°C for several months. Protect from light. For longer storage, divide the conjugate into small aliquots and freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
