Alexa Fluor 790, Goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) highly cross-ads. (min. X Bv, Gt, Hu, Rt, Ms)

Cat Number: IS-79008
Size: 1 mg
Clone: POLY
Concentration: 2mg/ml
Host: Goat
Isotype: IgG
Reactivity: Rabbit
Applications:

Fluorescence microscopy: 1-2 ug/mL
Flow cytometry: 1 ug/106 cells
Near-infrared western detection: 50-100 ng/mL
These concentrations are provided as a starting point for optimization; appropriate dilutions should be determined empirically. Generally IgG conjugates are used in the range of 1-10 ug/mL.

Background:

Goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L), whole antibody, highly cross-adsorbed is an affinity purified goat antibody that recognizes mouse IgG. This antibody is highly-cross adsorbed for multiple labeling, and has minimal cross-reactivity with bovine, horse, human, rabbit, or swine serum proteins.

Form: liquid
Buffer: 2 mg/mL in pH ~7.4 PBS containing 50% glycerol, 2 mg/ml bovine serum albumin (IgG-free and protease-free) and 0.05% sodium azide.
Storage: Store at 4°C for several months. Protect from light. For longer storage, divide the conjugate into small aliquots and freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
