Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues.This gene encodes a B-lymphocyte surface molecule which plays a role in the development and differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells. This family member is localized to 11q12, among a cluster of family members. Western blot analysis of lysates from Raji cells, using CD20 Rabbit mAb. The HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the antibody.
CD20/MS4A1 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human B lymphocytic tumor tissue. The tissue section was incubated with rabbit anti-CD20/MS4A1 Antibody at a dilution of 1:100. Fluoro594-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
