Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using COX IV antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL West Pico Plus. Exposure time: 30s.
Immunofluorescence analysis of Hela Cell.1, AF-10 Polyclonal Antibody (red) was diluted at 1:200 (4°C overnight).
COX IV monoclonal antibody (6C8) (green) was diluted at 1:200 (4°C overnight). 2, Goat Anti Rabbit Alexa Fluor 594 (was diluted at 1:1000 (room temperature, 50 min.).
