| Background: | Cell localization:Nucleus.SRY-box 9(SOX9) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene recognizes the sequence CCTTGAG along with other members of the HMG-box class DNA-binding proteins. It acts during chondrocyte differentiation and, with steroidogenic factor 1, regulates transcription of the anti-Muellerian hormone (AMH) gene. Deficiencies lead to the skeletal malformation syndrome campomelic dysplasia, frequently with sex reversal. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] |

Western blot analysis of lysates from HepG2 cells, using SOX9 Rabbit mAb. The HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the antibody.
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human colon
tissue using SOX9 Rabbit mAb at a dilution of 1:1000
(40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris-EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse brain
