Western blot analysis of extracts of
mouse spleen, using ZNF281
antibody at 1:3000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL West Pico Plus.
Exposure time: 10s.
Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela, A549, MCF-7 cell line, mouse liver, mouse small intestine tissue lysate (from left to right), using ZNF281 Antibody (Center) ZNF281 was diluted at 1: 1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1: 10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.
