Background: | Receptor for glutamate. L-glutamate acts as an excitatory neurotransmitter at many synapses in the central nervous system. The postsynaptic actions of GLU are mediated by a variety of receptors that are named according to their selective agonists. This receptor binds AMPA (quisqualate) > glutamate > kainite (glutamate receptor, ionotropic, AMPA 2; Jurkat; cell lysate ). Antigen Specificity: Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human Glutamate Receptor 2 |

Buffer: | PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. |
Storage: | Store at -20℃. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. |
