Immunogen

A synthetic peptide of His-Tag

Target Background

Consecutive histidine residues (usually 6 to 10 in length) are often inserted into the amino acid sequences of recombinant proteins. The resulting His-tagged proteins can be detected or purified by using anti-His antibodies.

Storage

Store at -20°C for 1 year. Store at -80°C for long term. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.

Buffer

PBS, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
