Target Background

Nitric oxide is a reactive free radical which acts as a biologic mediator in several processes, including neurotransmission and antimicrobial and antitumoral activities. Nitric oxide is synthesized from L-arginine by nitric oxide synthases. Variations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to coronary spasm. Alternative splicing and the use of alternative promoters results in multiple transcript variants. Phospho-eNOS (Ser1177) Antibody detects endogenous levels of eNOS only when phosphorylated at Ser1177.

tfistern blot analysis of extracts of SKOV3 cells, using Phospho-eNOS-S1177 antibody (AP0515). SKOV3 cells were treated by EGF. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.
